Tournament Rules
(tournament specifics follow below), rules derived from dragonhighlander.net. The former should be consulted for clarification on any of the below, as it is the original source of information.

Deck Construction:
- A deck must contain exactly 100 cards, including the General.
- An optional sideboard of 10 cards is allowed (10 or none), sideboarding occurs once each player has declared and revealed their General and before the remaining (99) cards of each deck are presented to the opponent for cutting and/or shuffling.

General Rules:
Generals are not subject to the "legend rule". If a General and a non-General creature with the same name are in play, only the non-General is put into the graveyard by state-based effects. If two or more players have the same General and both creatures are in play, neither creature is put into the graveyard.
